Change to podcast format
Hi all,
I’ve had some feedback about the size of the podcasts, since they’re recorded in 192k quality, and not everyone has high speed broadband. Given that it’s primarily a voice podcast, with a few musical interludes, I’ve changed them to 80k – so you’ll notice a slight drop in quality, but the good news is that the podcasts are now half the size!
Let me know if you have any problems.
Apologies to those who tried to download some podcasts this morning and had issues – this should be resolved now.
I’ve also added a Frappr Map to the links on the right hand side of the web page, so please put a pin in and let me know where you’re listening from. You can scroll it around with your mouse to find your country, so don’t worry if it’s only showing countries that are nowhere near you!
Thanks

Generally 96 kbit stereo or 64 kbit mono is fine for podcasts.

64 was a bit buzzy, so I chose 80 – so hopefully that’s a happy medium. Thanks for your email as well!
